Level 1

Students will cover the basics of UI (user interface) design including elements, properties, and layouts, and then gently introduce students to programming concepts like variables, events, and conditionals through a variety of projects like: a clicker game, piano app, and a labyrinth style maze game.

Level 2
|
Dive deeper in mobile sensors and features like text-to-speech, and accelerometer input as we cover more coding concepts like randomization and functions. The projects created in this section increase in size and complexity and include projects like: a talking magic 8-ball (with voice recognition), a painting program, and a sketch and guess game.

Level 3
|
Students will explore one of Robolink’s specialties and dive into Android app projects that feature AI and machine learning. Students will learn about training models, image and audio classification, and transfer learning while creating several projects that will put these concepts into practice.
